You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that you are being provided -FEES: $200 per day for smoking inside, $50 late check out, $50 lost key. - In the event that you do not follow the House Rules and it leads to the host having to discount or refund the next guest, you will be responsible for any and all expenses and/or lost revenue. - You agree that you are booking in good will and will follow all Rules & Regulations of this property.
