i really liked this property. it was very modern, chic and clean. they had amenities as well as extra towels and toiletries for my stay which was 5 days. they have private parking in a gated structure. this is the second condo i booked in this building and neither one disappointed me. i would definitely book again. i appreciate the stay and the accommodations.

Very responsive hosts, lovely air bnb, fab location, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Easy short drive to Graceland. Very clean, nice shower pressure and a very large comfy bed. Felt spacious and modern, honestly ticked all our boxes.

It was great! Was clean…very comfy beds, good hot water pressure in the shower. Kitchen had all we needed. We felt safe leaving our rental car in the parking lot. It’s walking distance to the fun Beale street. Hostess was amazing! Always ready to help and respond to our questions! Thanks so much!

The location alone is the real star of this property. We spent the week in a location walkable to the Civil Right Museum, Beale Street, bars, restaurants and the Orpheum Theater. And the place was clean, beautifully decorated, lots of amenities and the host took care any and all of my issues in very timely manner. Definitely booking again 10/10.

The location was fantastic! I walked to a different shop for coffee and breakfast. We brought our own bikes and loved all the places to ride that were very close especially the trail over the Mighty Mississippi. Everything was better than expected! Mallory was so helpful. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

These hosts were top tier for me and my anxiety level… I have OCD and require exceptionally clean and uncluttered spaces. This unit delivered!!! Hosts were not hovering in constant conversation. They stayed in touch through thoughtful written messages that didn’t feel like stalking. I absolutely loved everything about this stay!

Mallory's apartment was spotless, very comfortable and in a great location. Walkable to Beale St, The Peabody and the National Civil Rights museum. The allocated secure parking was a great perk. Highly recommended as a sophisticated base to discover the delights Memphis has to offer.

Mallory and Tripp were very responsive. One of the best places we have stayed. Had everything that a family with kids needed. From utensils to extra pillows, the smallest needs were provided. Beautiful view from the balcony and a place that is well taken care of.

We enjoyed our stay in Memphis and this property had a lot to do with that. Conveniently located to everything you would want to do in downtown Memphis. Gated parking and secure building. Unit was very nice and just as advertised. Mallory was always very responsive and helped accommodate an early check in. If looking to stay in downtown, don't pass this place up!

This is our second stay and we are already looking forward to our next visit. The hosts are great communicators, the condo is very comfortable and filled with all amenities needed and the location is perfect! You won’t be disappointed in the sunset view at this listing.
