My family enjoyed our stay at the Regency Tower. The condo was described just as the pictures showed. There was some work being done outside but it did not stop us from having a great time. The room was spacious and was stocked with a lot of supplies. The location was good and we definitely enjoyed the balcony and having beach chairs on the beach.

The place was extremely comfortable and the balcony offered a beautiful view of the gulf that made the stay even more enjoyable. The quality of the furnishings really stood out—you can tell the owners take pride in the property and want it to feel a step above the rest. It was also very well stocked with the basic supplies you need, great kitchen furnishings which made everything easy and convenient. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and the check-in and checkout instructions were simple and clear.

The place was perfect for our stay in Memphis. Great location with multiple food and drink options walkable and not far from Beale St. We walked to there as well. Hosts were very responsive to anything that we reached out regarding. Will stay again!

Mallory’s place was really in the middle of everything, only minutes away from Beale St and also the Peabody Hotel. Super convenient, and super quiet! If you want to be in the middle of everything and still have a peaceful environment, this is it!

Mallory’s place is very pretty, and it is walkable to most anything we wanted to see/explore. We walked to Beale Street and to The Peabody during our stay, and felt safe in the area. Also, the shower is awesome!

This air bnb was perfect! The location was wonderful and having a gated parking location was wonderful. Mallory’s instructions were incredibly clear and she was great to communicate with. This spot is on our list for when we come back to Memphis next!

Loved the stay. The condo is in an older building that’s currently under renovation, but the unit itself is nicely remodeled and very comfortable. Parking was convenient, and the heated pool was perfect for the early spring weather. The view from the family room and the 13th‑floor balcony was great. Would definitely stay again.

We had an incredible stay at this Memphis Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The space was comfortable, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect — convenient to downtown, great restaurants, and local attractions, yet still in a quiet and peaceful area. It made getting around Memphis very easy. Our host was exceptional — responsive, accommodating, and thoughtful throughout the entire experience. Communication was seamless, and check-in/check-out was simple and stress-free. You can truly tell the host takes pride in providing a top-tier guest experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Memphis. Mallory’s place was great for what we needed for our short stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Furniture and bed were very comfortable. 5 star place for sure. 100% recommend.
