Mallory’s place was great for what we needed for our short stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Furniture and bed were very comfortable. 5 star place for sure. 100% recommend.

This is place is exactly like described in the listing. Wide variety of great restaurants that are within a couple blocks of this place. Walked to FedEx Forum for a Grizzlies game & felt safe. Would stay here again for another event at FedEx Forum.

Our stay in Memphis was awesome. We were within walkable distance to everything. We had all we needed at our place. The beds were comfortable and the host was super nice. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Mallory was proactive in reaching out and making sure we were good. Appreciated the location as we were in town for the IBC and only had to drive once so we could go to the restaurant on top of the Bass Pro Shop. Everything else was easy walking and good places to eat. We would definitely stay here again while in Memphis.

We had a wonderful time staying here with our kids! The place was comfortable, and the hosts were very friendly and attentive. We appreciated the gated parking lot right outside of the building. The character and history of the building along with the smart layout and comfortable living room and mattresses made for a great stay. Lots to do in the area and highly recommend!

If you like the downtown Memphis area, this is a great pick. Starting off you have gated parking (secure on every which side) so that’s a huge plus! If you’re looking for something close to downtown you can walk to and from. (FEDEX FORUM, Beale Street, Main Street, River Front, and all the surrounding streets. It’s a great pick. It’s close enough to walk to, it’s a safe walk, and is a nice one. Very pretty buildings all around! Going into the building. It’s a very pretty building from the outside and the inside is perfectly fine as well! The room is amazing! I’ve never seen one quite like it! Very pretty brick all around. So many windows with a pretty view of downtowns larger buildings. Spacious kitchen. And clean living quarters! I loved the stay, I had 0 issues the whole time. They lay it out very very easy for the person staying to understand how to get in and out and navigate everything of that nature, so don’t stress out about that if it’s your first booking☺️ anyway Thanks 10/10!

The only issue we had was getting in the door of the main building (not the condo.) I sent a text asking for help and the owners called me less than a minute later and helped resolve the issue. Very clean, great location with secure parking, well run. I definitely recommend this spot!
