We’ve stayed in a lot of timeshares. Some hit the mark, others don’t. Mallory’s did. We live in Memphis - we were taking a staycation. And this place was ideally situated. We parked in the secure gated parking provided and never moved our car until we left. The location in the South Main Arts District made everything just a walk away. Five-star historical stuff. Fantastic food - from Gus’ fried chicken to exceptional fine dining. Even access to Tom Lee Riverfront Park with its spectacular placement along the riverfront was just out the door. When you tire of walking, rideshares are plentiful. Even Personal Transport Vehicles (think street legal golf carts) roam the streets and can pick you up and drop you where you want to go downtown. The apartment was more than adequate. Super clean. Attractively decorated. Very comfortable. Reasonably well equipped. Communication with the hosts was smooth and timely. As a base for exploring Memphis, it would be hard to beat Mallory’s apartment.

Mallory’s spot is conveniently located and has character. Very comfortable amenities. We appreciated the host’s prompt responses to any questions we had. And we’ll for sure be on the lookout for this spot in hopes it is available next time we have a trip to Memphis.

This place was a great space and quiet stay! we enjoyed walking to coffee and Cooper Young restaurants each morning. Check-in and communication was a breeze and Mallory was very accommodating. Would absolutely recommend!

The condo was great! It has everything you need for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Everything was as listed, pools were clean, easy access to the beach. We really appreciated the chair service being included in the rental. There was construction going on but it did not affect our stay at all! The layout and decor of the condo was very nice as well. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

Our stay was wonderful, everything is just as described, the apartment was very clean and very comfortable, the view from the balcony was beautiful, we had a spectacular vacation in this place.

Apartment was just what we needed for our weekend in Memphis! Super comfortable beds and couch, washer dryer is very convenient. The patio was great to have coffee in the morning and it was great to have the keurig and toms of pods supplied along with sugar and creamer!

Immediately felt like a second home upon walking through the door. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for cooking your own meals. Also close to plenty of great restaurants if you want to either go out or order in. An easy 5 stars and strong recommendation!

This little bungalow was perfect for our one night stop in Memphis. It was easy to find and in a nice neighborhood with beautiful trees. It was clean and cozy and had everything we needed for our short stay. We’d definitely stay there again if given the opportunity.

Mallory was the perfect host! Her communications with me after booking and prior to arrival were friendly and clear and she responded quickly every time! Everything in our accommodation was exactly as expected, well presented and clean! There was some street noise on our first night (a Saturday) but other than that it was very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a perfect home base for our trip to Memphis. We were close to Beale street without it being too crowded and noisy. The condo was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed.
