Great location, walkable to Beale Street and other downtown attractions but still felt very safe and quiet. The apartment was cozy and accurate to the description. Its on the 3rd floor with no elavator which was fine for us but may be an issue for less mobile guests. Would book again!

We only had one night in Memphis and so glad we spent it here. Great walkable streets, museums, music venues and restaurants of all stripes. American History pervades everything. Mallory’s home is well equipped, stylish and warm.

The pictures don’t do the place justice ! It’s so nice and cozy. Super close to everything we were able to walk to Beale Street in less than 10 mins. We will be booking again !

great place. very clean. king bed very comfortable. location was perfect for us. we were able to walk to both Beale st and civil rights museum. having gated parking a huge plus. you have to remember the codes but that's easy just keep them on your phone loved the place!!!

Great condo for two couples. Plenty of space, two full bathrooms, nice outdoor patio for coffee in the morning, and a designated parking spot. Condo is in an excellent location within walking distance to Beale street and plenty of good restaurants. Neighborhood is safe. Quick and helpful communication with the owner. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent stay. The location was really close to everything in the city. There were even several really good restaurants with just a few minutes of walking distance. The BNB itself was the perfect size for us to come back to and relax in after spending the day exploring the city. Finally, the host Mallory was great. Super responsive and friendly! Would definitely stay with them again in the future!

We’ve stayed in a lot of timeshares. Some hit the mark, others don’t. Mallory’s did. We live in Memphis - we were taking a staycation. And this place was ideally situated. We parked in the secure gated parking provided and never moved our car until we left. The location in the South Main Arts District made everything just a walk away. Five-star historical stuff. Fantastic food - from Gus’ fried chicken to exceptional fine dining. Even access to Tom Lee Riverfront Park with its spectacular placement along the riverfront was just out the door. When you tire of walking, rideshares are plentiful. Even Personal Transport Vehicles (think street legal golf carts) roam the streets and can pick you up and drop you where you want to go downtown. The apartment was more than adequate. Super clean. Attractively decorated. Very comfortable. Reasonably well equipped. Communication with the hosts was smooth and timely. As a base for exploring Memphis, it would be hard to beat Mallory’s apartment.

I would definitely stay here again and am recommending it to friends who may be heading to Memphis. Even though it was right in downtown Memphis, it wasn't noisy and I felt very safe. Easy to walk to all the attractions - Beale Street, Fed Ex Forum, museums. We chose to use a Lyft to get to Sun Records but even that was walkable. Kitchen had every dish/utensil/supply we needed. Secure, free parking made it an even better value.

The place was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The condominium was nice and comfortable — a great stay overall!

The condo was great! It has everything you need for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Everything was as listed, pools were clean, easy access to the beach. We really appreciated the chair service being included in the rental. There was construction going on but it did not affect our stay at all! The layout and decor of the condo was very nice as well. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!
